Thank you for this review. I adored all colors but the formulas were horrible. If I am just IN LOVE with a shade I will do 4 coats but the black dots is where I draw the line.

Thank you Pamela - yes, those black flecks are a killer and not what you'd expect to find in Cuccio polish.
