You can use a frying pan. You would just have to put the frying pan on low. You might have to do them in batches. Six of those may not fit on there. Set your stove top to setting one or two. You just want to brown the outside of them. Then put them on a sheet pan with parchment and cover it with foil.

You might consider bamboo fiber to achieve a more traditional look and fluffier, lighter texture. Also you can use lupin semolina in place of conventional. Thanks for sharing your recipe. Lupin is awesome! ❤ I Don't Sugar Coat channel has a wonderful boiled bagel recipe you might want to try as well. I'm excited to try yours and hers as cinnamon raisin. I REALLY miss that along with my whole family. 😅

I use coconut sugar for bread making to feed yeast…I kept a small pot when I gave up eating sugar…would that be okay for this? Also I don’t have monkfruit drops, any suggestion for replacement? I have all the other ingredients 😊

I think these would be ok as buns but I have another bread recipe that’s sturdier that I think would be better. kzbin.info/www/bejne/bWmtmqCNZ5qAm9k . The reason I think is better is the low carb English muffins come out really soft. The low carb bread is a little sturdier and will rise more.

It’s ok if you’re against gluten. Some people say that gluten causes inflammation. Wheat can do that and gluten is a small part of wheat. I just want you to understand what gluten is? Most people have no clue and they think gluten is nothing but carbs and death. It’s not. . It’s one of 2 proteins in wheat. It’s what gives bread elasticity. The rest of the wheat is what has all the sugars and carbs. If you’re anti gluten then that’s ok. I just want to add content that helps people eat better.

I’m not anti-gluten, my body is, I’ve tried VWG keto bread recipes hoping it wouldn’t be like “regular” bread, and was miserable for days. Not a preference, just a fact.🤷♀️

I’m allergic to peanuts, so I’m not going to take a chance with lupin flour, and I’m gluten intolerant. I got excited when I saw the thumbnail, but obviously these will not work for me. Back to the drawing board.

yeah, 26 carbs that’s the same as a regular English muffin… and most doctors and dietitians throw the food industry marketing BS flag at “net carbs”… plus they really need to be just gluten-free in my case …so this is a no from me… but hopefully it works for somebody
