Cuckoo Review - Strange, Cool and a Future Cult Movie in the Making

Saw this movie last nite w/my daughter who is a big fan of horror films. I think I really liked it. “Think” being the operative word. I kept saying “ok, now I’m really confused” during the second act. By the time the third act was unraveling, i was having a hard time putting the disjointed pieces together. I spent the whole movie “thinking” and trying to make sense of the stuff that kept getting thrown at me until I was exhausted. I’m not a fan of movies that have to keep explaining the stuff that’s going on to keep me interested. It’s a lot of mental exercising which takes away from just enjoying what I’m watching. I loved everything that you liked about the movie and characters. The cinematic effects were great, the music was right up my alley, it was humorous at times, the characters were interesting, so I do “think” that I liked it. I’m going to watch Luz & Longlegs because of this film since they’ve been mentioned in all of the reviews I’ve watched. I subscribed to your channel because I liked the things that you said and look forward to hearing your reviews of other movies. A.
