CUCUMBER BITES WITH SHRIMP, AVOCADO AND CREAM CHEESE | SHRIMP APPETIZER RECIPE

Today I made cucumber bites with shrimp, avocado and cream cheese. This shrimp appetizer is very delicious and easy to make! The shrimp appetizers are perfect for parties and great for snacking!
Cucumber bites are very convenient on busy days. They are full of protein and very nutritious.
I made two versions of these cucumber bites with shrimp. They are both healthy and very flavorful.
The first version of shrimp appetizer is made with avocado, the second version is made of cream cheese with sesame seeds. The cucumber bites are sprinkled with lime juice on top!
In this recipe I used peeled and deveined shrimps. If you are using frozen shrimps, defrost them overnight in a fridge. I cooked my shrimps on a stove with some seasoning. The shrimps turned out very flavorful!

INGREDIENTS:
about 1 lb raw shrimps, peeled and deveined
1 English cucumber
1 avocado
8 oz cream cheese, softened
1 lime
4 cloves garlic
salt to taste
black pepper to taste
1 tbsp onion powder
2 tbsp paprika
dried dill
black sesame seeds

I loooooooooooooove these. They are super simple yet so fancy and delicious. If I were to attend a cocktail party and they had these, the whole plate would be gone in seconds. Also reminds me of appetizers from high end hotel buffets. Excellent job on the shrimp, it's nicely seasoned but not overly. The color is gorgeous and the shrimp perfectly cooked, still has a nice bite and bounce to it. Cucumber is refreshing and adds a nice crunch. Very healthy and yummy. Black sesame is a nice contrast to the cream cheese mixture, makes a great presentation. Avocado is creamy and flavorful. Love all the garlic in this appetizer. Dill is a great garnish.
