CUCUMBER 🥒 Sushi ❓❓ - - Made it Love it ❤️ and you should try it ❣️

[ Cucumber Salad Sushi Roll ]
--------------------- INGREDIENTS ---------------------
🥒 1 Cucumber
🥒 3 Potato
🥒 1 Carrot
🥒 1/2 Onion
🥒 2 Eggs
🥒 5 Crab Sticks
🥒 2 ~ 3 Pinches of Salt
🥒 2 ~ 3 Dashes of Black Pepper
🥒 1 Tbsp of Mayonnaise
--------------------- INSTRUCTIONS -------------------
1. Peel and slice potatoes and carrot
2. Steam the potatoes and carrot until soft
3. Slice onion, marinate with a few pinches of salt then set aside
4. Make 2 hard boiled eggs
5. Wash the onion thoroughly, drain the water and pat dry the onion
6. Peel the crab sticks and strips and set aside
7. Mash potatoes, carrot, onion & hard boiled eggs in a big bowl
8. Mash & mix well with seasoning it with salt, black pepper and mayo
9. Slice cucumber with peeler
10. Arrange the sliced cucumber, dap dry to remove excess water
11. Spread the mashed potato salad on top of the cucumber
12. Place the crab stick strips on it
13. Roll it up like a sushi roll with your hand or with the help of a sushi roller mat
14. Cut it gently into pieces
