Hav u tried unrefined avocado oil? It's delicious to me. I tend to use it more on my salads than olive oil. Sumtimes I use safflower oil too

I am otherwise useless in the kitchen. Your salad is very similar to mine. I got the recipe on someone else's web site. I'll have to try yours - with the small tomatos and the dill.
