Does the driveshaft have a shield arund it? Is it just heavy duty? Seems like it would be pinched against the rock. That was absolutely badass. We had a 69 Scout that you could let idle through creek beds , sit in the window sill and steer with your foot. Loved that truck. Not great on the highway , but take it on the trail and it shined.
