I still don't understand why nividia is using Ubuntu over arch, fedora..... These distros are using the latest compilers as far as I'm aware. So only 11.8, I just installed 12.1 and it has jetson install option. I guess I have to Uninstall it now.

@@Key_Capz_ Any. Ubuntu originally was the only OS supporting ROS (although others are now supported aswell ofcourse), in combination with its stability that is why it's still the default OS for most robotics companies; choosing between 20.04 and 22.04 depends on compatibilty requirements.

@erinlucassen would be nice to see it in 22. or 23. but 20 and below don't have real time hardware control according to Ros. You could still use those versions of Ubuntu if real time hardware control isn't a problem.
