My fav lather frag. From one of my top 5 houses. I find Cuir ottoman incredibly elegant. I am crazy for this perfume. One of my favs. And I agree 100% with your review. Leather and powdery iris being the main playes over an ambery colored balsamic base. Also agree that it is unisex. And finally, for me it is perfectly fitting for work. For me this frag is embodied by a poweful woman wearing a tailored suit and high heels to a meeting or somethig linkethake. Powersuit frag for me

I'm with you! Over the last year I have started to become board with most of the reviews out there. It's the same thing over, and over again. I'm so sick of hearing about Aventus, Sauvage, and Invictus. I'm also getting frustrated with these designer's that lack the creativity to put out new stuff. The designer industry is all about flanker's, and shitty reformulation's now. If they keep going in this direction I think most fraghead's are going to start turning their backs on these companies. I love your reviews cause you introduce me too fragrances that I have never heard of before. Great review Marc! 👍

Cuir Ottoman and Ambre Russe are fantastic releases from that house. BUT! : Check out their Corsica Furiosa release. It's a very surprising very green release that really stands out for summer. It's such an unexpected scent compared to their usual heavy and dark ambery scents!

Nice video Marc- probably one to search out in late September, but unique nonetheless!!! Quoting you- “Butteriness from the Iris and that nutty, almonds aspect from the Tonka Bean”..... I can see why you could draw some similarities to Dior Homme and the La Collection series.... Leather + Florals is such a magical combination... Have you ever done a top 10 leather-based fraglist?!?! I’m pretty confident 2 will be in there: Heeley Cuir Pleine & T.F Tuscan Leather…🙏

Without even delving into the video to the end- right off the bat I tried to figure out what was coming.... I utilized my knowledge of History and my years of studying languages..... The first twenty seconds was like a really good Negan impression from The Walking Dead! : ) I really like this brand. I bought Fougére Bengale, Iskander, Eau de Gloire and Azemour. I have tried Cuir Ottoman too. It was really nice but I prefer a subtle leather like Dzing by L'artisan!
