Hi, I have the Cuisinart CSO-300 combo oven. I enjoyed your videos on using it. I was wondering how to do rice and I enjoyed your video showing how you do it. I'll be giving that process a try this evening. Thank you!!

tips, when you cook white rice, it is always ok to put more water, it will make the rice soft and easy to digest.

That is a very good tip. I made rice yesterday following your video showing your process. It came out perfect! Thank you for your help. I enjoy your video on using the Cuisinart Steam Oven. I hope you will do more.

Hi, I am thinking of buying this oven. Can you please tell me if I can use the Super steam function for Cha Siu Bao? Thank you very much!

Hi, this is a very helpful video. I am thinking about purchasing this oven for its steam function. How would you rate its steaming powder? Say when you steam things like fish that need very powerful steam, is the oven as powerful as a stove top steamer? Thanks

This is a good oven plus steaming function. If steaming function on the scale of 100% while using the original stove top, then this machine is at 80%. I use this machine for steaming fish sometimes if I am too lazy to wash dishes only. at steam 400 degree 20 min, fish will be done but not very juicy. I use for several reasons 1. to steam rice because I don't have a rice cooker. 2. to toast bread in the morning. or Chinese frozen scallion pancake. 3. to bbq pork or rib 4. to bake cupcake, and cookies. 5. reheat refrigerator food. I would rate this machine overall 95%. It helps me to cook more especially I am cooking for the whole family and it helps me with additional dish of that day just with that machine

Thanks for your video. I am wondering why you didn't use "super steam" instead of just "steam"?
@EmmarcoPro9 жыл бұрын
+Alec Fadel : If I am steaming rice or fish I would use super steam. When it comes Egg, it tend to raise and break the texture when it is too hot. For egg I use low heat. When it done, it will be flat and clear.

hello, have you tried making chinese soup with the steam function?
@EmmarcoPro7 жыл бұрын
Nope, the steam will heat up the content, but when you make soup you need the water to be boiling for 2 hours. it doesn't really boil like boil water
