Chez nous on y ajoute du paprika et un peu de concentré de tomates le cumin on le met en dernier pour qu'il garde tout son parfum ! Après on peut en mettre un petit peu avant et en rajouter avant la dégustation quelquefois on y met aussi des morceaux de courge c'est délicieux !! Bon appétit !

Tu peut cuire les lentilles avec la sauce tomate comme tu peux faire cette recette mais sans olives et citron tu les remplacera par les herbes comme origon romarin etc sûr sera un délice
