The "bomb" you found at 7:10 was an artillery shell. You can tell because of the rifled ring (called a "rotating band") at the base end that's designed to interface with the rifled barrel of the artillery piece it's fired from. It's most likely from shipboard artillery since the US Navy used to use that area as a firing range.

When I was a kid in the 70,s I vaguely remember something about culebra ir vieques being USN firing ranges and there was an exclusion zone used for submarine war fare ..... not 100% sure

Love your channel. Want to add a public address comment. Any time a UXO is encountered, do not touch, mark the area with some flag, record the GPS coordinates, and report the siting to the authorities. Remember that just recently there was a UXO from WWII that exploded. We don't want anyone to be hurt.
