thats NOT a brandysnap recipe, its Butter, sugar, golden syrup melted in a pan, then cool and add flour and ginger, not sure what the hell this is, but its NOT a brandysnap

Enjoyed this video very much. I usually buy brandy snaps but will make them next time. As a thought, would it have been possible to put the large mould onto the large b.snap then invert the silicone sheet?

Brandy snaps are ginger. They taste a lot like ginger nuts. Other than that, these do look nice.
