When Paul Kagame was 28, he helped topple the government of Obote in Uganda in 1986. At 36 he overthrew the government of Rwanda and stopped the genocide against the Tutsi. At 39 he ousted dictator Mobuto and his government in Congo (Zaire). Rwanda went on to fight in the African "world war" against armies from Zimbabwe and Angola (The Kitona operation is now used as a case study in prestigious military colleges around the world.) The Rwandan army would later clash and defeat the Ugandan army three times in Kisangani (six days war). It is hard to think of another leader who has won so many wars, against such repulsive enemies, on such a tight budget. Well, that was then when Rwanda was already having an upper hand of where the war took place which was not the case and besides that Uganda did not expect that war and not now because the Ugandan army is well equipt both infantry and air . We would not wish that to happen most especially when we have gotten into the East African integration because we have seen good stuff happen . Uganda don't want war but when it comes to security of the country, war is what will have to take place and on top of both countries would love to fight each other which Uganda is prepared for and willing . But i pray that they don't fight because we have our families in Rwanda and there are Rwandan families in Uganda too. So no need for that war and peace be there
