I’m very unimpressed with this one this year 😒 I can see why Cult Beauty didn’t want anyone to do a full unboxing until they had sold a lot of them! 🤣 I’m with you, I don’t like getting makeup in advent calendars other than mascara as it’s the only make up I wear. I don’t mind a lipgloss or lipstick but only if it is nude colour. I hate all the garish eyeshadows - it seems they are trying to get rid of old stock they couldn’t sell throughout the year. I prefer mostly skincare with a perfume, candle and body cream. I now need to decide between SpaceNK and Harrods which are both fab this year! 😘

I don’t think we need bold make up colours in there because it’s so tough to make it work for everyone! I would have loved more body care or skincare instead but I guess they try to balance it out! X

I agree! I'm a huge skincare fan, I'd rather just skin care 😂 if I have great skin , I wear less makeup .. its a great calendar, but I'm in the fence between this and the harrods calendar

Wow! Cult have really stepped up their game this year! I love the mixture of skincare and beauty products. My daughter who is currently training to be a beauty therapist\makeup artist, would LOVE this, sadly its way out of my price range. She is dying to try those Glow Recipe drops as she tells mw she has seen many Tik Tok people swear by them, along with many of the other products. thanks for sharing this and i love you talk so much, makes the video feel more personal. Thank you for reviewing this! I think I will buy the space nk this year. Unfortunately the Harrods one is not a available for shipping to the Netherlands. I love an advent calendar to treat yourself, so thinking about a nice candle, a home spray, high end mask for Christmas, some make up that is neutral (no red lipsticks for me anymore!) a nice bath or massage oil and some skincare that is useful to many: moisturizer, eyecream, cleansers and serum.

They do. But they are usually not that interesting value wise. Heaps of minis of their most famous products. OK if you own no products of the brand, definitively not interesting if you already know the brand.

@@Emshelx I’m in Australia, so UV sunscreen is actually perfect for 25th, but not gonna work for the northern hemisphere 😂 Ideally a Diptyque candle, but Cult beauty 2021 on 25th day had candle, Kate Summerville, medik8 + spa items in the 25th draw.
