We have another FanGeek request today-a video from an artist I was unfamiliar with - The Stupendium - and a game I had never heard of, but EditorHubby is now obsessed with - Cult of the Lamb!!!

In Massive Monster's 'Cult of the Lamb,' you play as the titular lamb, saved from sacrifice and brought under the employ of 'The One Who Waits.' You must find followers, farm devotion and form the ultimate cult, in your mission to take on the Bishops of the Old Faith and free your new otherworldly patron from their eternal prison.
I absolutely fell in love with this game when I first played it. The aesthetic, the sounds, the characters. I don't typically play this sort of game at all, but the world of it totally drew me in just from the trailers and I knew I had to try it. And I am so glad I did!
In classic Stupendium style, this project started out small and then utterly snowballed, so I want to give a gargantuan thank you not just to my Patrons but to everyone else who helped get this project past the finish line. Dominic, Seánie, Dan, Liz. Thank you all!
I'm super proud of this one. I think lyrically it's one of my favourites I've written for a long time. It's certainly the most intricate I have ever attempted with rhythm and structure. I hope it has paid off!

The Stupendium is a musician, animator and content creator, creating weird, wonderful and usually incredibly nerdy songs and animations. Join them on their journey to obscure, niche internet stardom! So as you have learned, this was a song based on the game, "Cult of the Lamb" which came out a couple years ago and allows the player many different ways to run their cult of cute critters (one of which was suggested in this song). Here Stupendium mixed some of the official trailer footage (such as any scene with the pig) with their own animation designed to match the same style (and although they did hire some help for in-betweens/finishing this time, they key frames were their own work, as was all lyrics and vocals). They have a couple recurring themes and here this falls in the [evil cuteness/cartoons] collection along with assorted FNAF songs, a couple Bendy songs, and songs about Dark Deception, Poppy Playtime, and Cuphead (I may be forgetting a couple). That said, they also have a couple Fallout songs that they've remastered over the past couple years: "The House Always Wins" (for New Vegas) and "Vault Number 76" (of course for 76). That said, one of my favourites of theirs may be a hits-the-feels song they did a couple years ago, "Shine Through" that is wonderful even without the visuals relating to the game. PS: Don't let anyone trick you into watching Stupe's "Ad Infinitum" song until you're ready for over-stimulation (it's presented as if Deltarune's Spamton decided to rap at you - and if you don't know why that might be a problem, then don't watch that video until you better understand that character).

Given she blatantly couldn't be bothered to pay attention to this song, Ad Infinitum is way too far. You may as well not even listen to that song if you aren't going to fully invest in engaging your entire mind in consuming the entire thing all at once on your first viewing.

is there a reason you never pause and give yourself a breather? you miss alot cause your too busy freaking out and getting overloaded, which is understandable, but i just dont get why you dont midigate that so you can actual absorb the information given
