I had to use a sperm bank before having Chemo, the room I went in was a clinical room which they had tried to make comfy by putting an arm chair in it, there was a tv with a dvd player and a little cuboard with two cardboard envelopes in, one had a selection of adult magazines and one had dvds, it was just a really odd experiance, especially sheepishly handing the tub over afterwards.
