Stne Cold beating the shit out of Lita with a chair is one of my favourite moments of all time. Lita was top 3 babyface on the entire roster at the time & because she'd taken her fair share of bumps from the men from her first month in the company, it was less "a man hitting a woman" and a heel attacking a face with the added aspect of a gender dynamic. It was ballsy to do, and from what I remember her saying, they said they could go for one or 2 shots because she's a girl & she insisted they attack her just like they'd attack a man. The only downside for her is she couldn't sell the stunner due to being KO'd but got to take the stunner 2 weeks later and sell it by throwing herself around 🤣

People blame the Invasion storyline for ratings plummeting, but in actuality the Invasion was done to get ratings back up again. The decline started much earlier than that, almost 3 months prior to the start of the Invasion. That moment permanently turned away a number of viewers, and it can be seen in the charts.

@10:33 "The lights turned off, thanks to John Wayne Bobbitt..." *sigh* Cultaholic, you finally did it.
@Veladus7 ай бұрын
No, see, that's the thing. They didn't make that up. WWE literally had John Wayne Bobbitt appear and he was canonically the one who saved Venis.

Roman Reigns *"Tribal Chief"* gimmick today is the prime example of a Heel going too far.

it’s amazing how many of me and my friends favorite out of ring wrestling moments are on this list. big shows dad, choppy choppy pee pee,zack gowen being thrown down stairs, JBL booting out illegals, all those moments still get routinely brought up by us when we get together and watch wrestling. some of the most hilariously stupid moments i love it! frankly you could have called this top 10 most hilarious heel moments and it wouldn’t be too far of the mark.

The who thing with Kaentai and Val Venis I was shaking my head but not in "this is too far" way but in a "this is fucking stupid " way

I may just have nostalgia goggles on, but I feel like Lita has been the most convincing female wrestler that seemed like she could go toe to toe with the boys in WWE. Am I wrong? I very well could be, but I wonder how other people feel about that.

The fact that heels can now be seen as going "too far" is just another indicator of how pussified we've become as a society

Can you imagine people whining about this where any other TV or movie drama is concerned? It's just wrestling fans who have trouble comprehending that it's scripted.

Why does WWE hate dogs in certain storylines? First Pepper, then Jeff's dog. I feel bad for the puppies.

one of this most disturbing and psychopathic incidents in wwe was when chavo guerrero interupted rey mysterio's segment and smashed rey's injured leg with a chair, on November 2nd 2006 smackdown.

Earthquake killing Damien . I know it wasn't a real snake that Earthquake squashed but even in storyline that and the Pepper incident are animal cruelty .

One moment I remember was prior to Wrestlemania 22, Randy Orton and Rey Mysterio had their feud over the world title with them cutting a promo and Randy saying Eddie Guerrero was in hell. Anybody else remember this?

LOL What Kane did was awesome. Wrestling channels on KZbin constantly complain that WWE going PG has destroyed it but at the same time you also complain when someone does do non-pg stuff. You will never be happy
