One of my childhood favorites. When I first saw this I thought the baby bird was dead for good, but to my joy he lived when the rain came down. The baby bird should have not flown so far from home.

My favorite part from this certain musical 🎶 cartoon is when this little kid 🧒🏻 gave’d up and started to feel nice 😊 about the baby bird 🐦 and became good friends 🧒🏻🐦 ❤ after all!

I still have a bit of a hard time watching this cartoon, almost 40 years later, tbh. I've been told numerous times, by family members, that when the baby bird "died," I always used to start crying, and pacing the room whenever I watched it as a little kid. (My sister still makes fun of me for that sometimes)
