Man they almost caught me, I was invited to an online free bible study under a church called Hope church. Later the facilitator mentioned that hope church is under shincheonji Nd I couldn't shake off the desire to research this, I looked online and saw all the testimonies and heresies, one of the appeals was how they never answered questions directly talking about how there is deeper knowledge along the way. These guys are like gnostics who say the tree in the garden was not literal...they also say their leader is the new John who is the only one who can interpret the scriptures. b4 I left I just wanted to join one more meeting to inform the others by asking a question about their affiliation in order to arouse the desire of the other unsuspecting attendees to research. I'm grateful the HOLY SPIRIT led me out of tht.

@@somethintru1 they did because I had not mentioned anything to anyone when I saw the red flags, I even contemplated just leaving but I prayed and felt led to join one more meeting and speak up.

Reporting from Chicago, they are here and agressively, deceitfully, evangelizing. There was 90 people on the 3 week seminar call, our class started this week. Grateful God came and got me out. Everything seemed good - and lined up with scripture, I was told I was recieving a Bible education and that the "Chicago church" believes Jesus is God. My "spiritual mom" told me to cut every tie including my church, my pride was growing. God used a concerned friend with super awesome FBI investigative skills and told me right away this new church is a cult. Pretty ashamed, but healing and hoping God will bring about full restoration.

My father unknowingly got into this cult. I had my suspicions that it was a cult when they started teaching some things that were pretty suspect, and ny suspicion grew when he started listening to these clasees on zoom with headphones so what hebwas being taught couldn't be heard. My friend had been in the class but quicjly relazied it was a cult and left. We weren't sure what cult it was. But we eventjally found the name Shincheongji. Researching it, we quickly pieced together that this was our culprit. My father didn't believe me when I told him, but I compiled a huge amount of evidnce that this class he was taking was Shincheongji and it was impossible for him to deny any longer. Then, he confronted his "teacher" and asked "Why didn't you tell ne you were Shincheongji?" The response was "Who told you?" Which basically was an admission of guilt. When he asked that, he thought someone in the class let it slip and told my father before it was too late, and was ready to figure out who it was to adminster some harsh punishment. These people are incredibly manipulative. They don't care what lies they hace to tell to get their way. They will keep their identity secret. Just be careful of any Bible study class on zoom, especially one that claims to be "nondenominational", and even more especially one that talks a lot about Revelation.
