I really appreciate your passion.. As per my knowledge there are many things you should consider before buying.. You must buy it that's not question 1) neighbors of land 2) distance between your home and land 3) avoid land which is too close to any type of poultry industry 4) too close to road incase in future it will acquire by government 5) show all documents to trusted lawyer Once you buy it you can slowly develope it
