Cultivating the skills of a client's employees

- Consider the client's staff skill sets. This will assist in determining their abilities and capabilities, which will result in better insights and understanding of the staff’s strengths.
- Without this background knowledge, we end up requiring more time to upskill/train the staff than what was budgeted for
- Everyone has the ability to learn new skills
- Never give up on a staff member. Everybody can be trained and assisted.
