African Tigress shared the same story. She was discouraged from visiting Nigeria but she has visited three times. There are bad eggs everywhere but that doesn't mean Nigerians are bad people. We are very welcoming and friendly.

I've followed your channel for quite a while. Thanks for taking the pains to visit at this time when it's warm and humid. I wish you would have the privilege to visit the south-east and south-south regions. African Tigress loves visiting Port Harcourt, the oil capital and Uyo. Warri is deep into theDelta, lush with rich green assorted vegetation. She even goes to the villages in Akwa Ibom State. Calabar is further south to the Atlantic. Onitsha and Asaba are two beautiful cities on both banks of the Ruver Niger. You're always welcome to your new home in Nigeria. Cheers.

@@johnoguntolu9992 Online and those who visit Nigeria, I have seen a lot of them say 9ja food has a lot of pepper, you'll agree it is not only the Yoruba food they ate? I would say the Yorubas may eat more pepper than other ethnic groups in Nigeria, but it does not take away the fact that Nigerians like pepper in their food.

No black man is a foreigner or treated as a foreigner in Nigeria. This is for a reason because we have a culture of welcoming strangers to our different lands. I wish other Africans can understand this. No one really cares because we are all focused on our business and trying to be better each day. Its cultural! East, West, North or South.

First, Nigeria is a vast country with 250 ethnic groups with also 500 variant la guages spoken. So Nigeria do not care who are or where you come from because you may have come from any of the ethnic groups. So foreigners when they come to Nigeria we don't notice that you are a foreigner and so we treat you fairly as we treat ourselves simply and jovially. We can take note of you as a foreigner by your accent. And this makes it even more compelling to show you great love and companionship. In all, we as a people are moving trains, no dull moment in our lives ever busy. Hahaha. So you are very welcome and come again.

We have road rage generally but hardly can you see us resorting to violence like the US where gun can be instantly pointed at you becauae of a small skirmish. Highest we do is to insult each other. That is one of the reasons other Africans describes we Nigerians as being aggressive but for me i see our aggressive attitude as a positive trait.

Somebody from the s'west tried to insinuate that the hospitality of Nigerians you're alluding to is the preserve of the Yoruba. Big lie. Most regions of Nigeria are reasonably good natured, some more so than others. Even the moslim north that became very radicalized under Buhari who went on a troll of attempting the impossibility of 'fulanizing' Nigeria. Before his senseless inhuman escapade, core moslim northerners were given to a reasonable level of sensibility to outsiders. The 'flow' towards Lagos isn't because of the magnanimity of the s'westerners but because of the opportunities a former Federal Capital with major deep sea ports can offer in the area of import/export accessibility. Because most s'westerners don't travel as vast as others within Nigeria, they tend to think their region is the hub for other southerners only because of their making. The constitution stipulates clearly that no one can be hindered from living anywhere they choose. If only the Federal government can develop new seaports along the coast or allow states to do so, that alone would drastically drop the costly and risky cost of importing and freighting to long distances from Lagos and by implcation, remove that illusion that Lagos only arbiter of survival for most Nigerians.

@@Bright259She is a Kenyan so she can't speak for the South Africans. The reason for their hatred is very much out there in the social media space. According to them they are insinuating that we destroyed their country by selling drugs to their people. Tagging all Nigerians in their country as drug sellers but exonerating themselves completely from the drug cartel they say run in their country but we Nigerians know the reason for their hatred is surely not because of drugs.
