Hello again Terrell, you've got a real job on our hands there at "sleeping Beaver culvert", I agree with Mark L., unless you're planning on making a mini series out of this one you should bring in whomever is responsible for maintaining that culvert. Depending on whether the road over it is a State Hwy. or a County Hwy. That will tell you who is responsible. Plus you may be in some kind of legal jeopardy if you work on it, I'm not sure about that.

No point building a really high dam and there being a big by pass next door. Unless it washed out with all the rain and you clearing the creek. That was really exciting to watch. Show your video to the DPW. We had a problem like this in Springfield. They strapped half a telephone pole to a John Deere tractor and used the pole for a battering ram. It demolished the dam. Try doing this yourself and the pure water pressure will knock you down.

If you get inside an pull it out the back the water pressure is likely to wash you out. if you go in from the front side, I don't see how you can do anything but pile it up in the way of your buddy who does the mowing.

I haven't seen alot of his videos but this dam here is way more problematic than what I've seen him work on and I'm in no way trying to discredit, underestimate or undermine his work!
