The first culverts are cut that way / angle is so big logs can roll up and over instead of landing in front making a log jam.

I got to learn two things and I am not even half way through the video. That is a common kingsnake. They are “gentle even when caught in the wild.” The next thing was the bugs. Those are whirligig beetles. They eat smaller insects and do not bite. They are black but are so shiny they can appear white as here. I use the Google browser app to do reverse searches on photos. It is incredibly easy to use. I use it on my iPad and you click on the icon that looks kind of like a camera. Then it will open your photo album and click on the photo you want to use. I like taking pictures of buildings and finding out where they are. I have known about this feature forever but just started playing with it.
