Why did 484 had the Spark Arrestor off for?

The external spark arrestors are no longer necessary. Both the 484 and 488 now have spark arrestors built into the stack and smokebox.

484 has the screen in the smokebox around the cyclone. 488 now has a master mechanic front end as delivered! 488 should run this week :)
