Derek, can you clear my doubts? I've been researching a lot about the manual third generation RAM 3500, and in a video of yours where you were doing maintenance on your RAM I saw that yours was 2WD, my question is as follows, I want to buy one to load auction cars, with a trailer for 2 cars, from what I've been researching the third generation ram 4x4 has very bad front suspension, it doesn't have very direct steering, in the case of 2WD does this help? Is it a better truck to do this type of work, since it will spend most of its time on highways? If possible, could you also tell me what your overall consumption is when driving the trailer on the highway, loaded, and at what speed. Thank you very much, I've been following your videos for a while, your setup on the 3500 is what I imagine is ideal for me.

So the 4x4 uses a steering box and the 2wd uses a steering rack and pinion like a car so it's a bit more precise. However a 4x4 front suspension is still a perfectly fine setup if the steering box is in good shape.
