All I had was some deck screws. Had to drill a small pilot hole, because the screw couldn't pierce seal. Took 2 screws but I worked. I appreciate the the old school knowledge

Just pul the gd plate brother i learned the hard way it wasnt my rear main seal it was the paper gasket on the housing if you’re already that far how much harder can it be you might as well do it

@@AndyFromm ohhh okay. I knew you put that zf on there and thought it would be silly not to replace the rear main seal. I did a transmission swap on an accord I had and thought I was being smart in replacing the rear main seal, my dumbass didn't make it fully seated and leaked oil like a bitch. Another weekend later I got it all good to go lol.

the new seal or the old one? the old seal: I didn't notice it leak but I had a bad experience with one previous slipping in more and dumping alot of oil. the new one: still working great thanks for watching & commenting
