I have photos if my dad and his pals at Cunningham's Camp in the 1930s. We went back to the island for several family holidays in the 60s and he always told us of the great times he had there.

I remember riding on the “chair lift” with my Dad, Mum and Gran in 1957 when I was just 3. Dad had stayed at the camp as a young man. No recollection of what we did at the top, just riding up on my Dad’s knee!

Oh, great collection.....brought back so many great memories of my childhood, having been born and raised in Linden Grove!... the HolidayCamp was all round us and a wonderful “ Playground” for so many years...thank you!

I worked there for 2 seasons about 1968. The bar manager for the first year was Dougie (Cowley?) Much simpler times.
