Cup Scammers - Westminster Bridge, London 12/08/2023

There were multiple groups of cup scammers on the Westminster Bridge 12th August 2023.
They had multiple spotters at each end of the bridge, that footage is omitted here but not omitted from the full video given in evidence.
See if you can spot the people involved in the scam.
Do not play these foolish games. You will lose your money.
Take out your recording devices, and call them out.
