Ingredients:
1. flour-250 g;
2. butter (softened) - 250 g;
3. eggs - 4 pieces;
4. sugar-250 g;
5. baking powder;
6. vanillin;
7. a pinch of salt;
8. milk - 3 tbsp. l
Cream:
1. cream 33% - 500 ml;
2. cream cheese-300 g;
3. powdered sugar-80 g
How to cook:
1. Beat the eggs, sugar, vanilla, salt until a fluffy and light foam;
2. Combine the flour, baking powder and gradually add to the egg mixture;
3. Add the softened butter and beat well;
4. Pour in the milk and beat thoroughly again;
5. Transfer the dough to a pastry bag and fill in the forms as shown in the video;
6. Bake cupcakes for 20-25 minutes at a temperature of 180 degrees (preheat the oven in advance)
7. From this amount of dough, 20 cupcakes are obtained;
8. After 20-25 minutes, turn off the oven and leave the cupcakes in it for another 10-15 minutes (this is important)
Preparing the cream:
1. combine the cream, cream cheese and powdered sugar;
2. Beat until thickened as shown in the video;
3. Decorate the cupcakes with cream (if desired, you can remove the core of the cupcakes and fill with cream);
