I'm not entirely sure what that's supposed to mean, but the reason the game over music continues from where the regular music leaves off is because it's a dynamic music track. It has a bunch of filters applied to it like what the other guy said but they only turn on after you activate something in game (in this case after you die and get the retry screen).
