All of these are mods using existing assets in Cuphead. Ribby and Croaks did have an unused attack where it's a combination of the other 3 roulette platforms, but what's shown in the video isn't that. I'm not entirely sure about Werner's firework attack, but everything else wasn't some kind of "unused attack put back in the game." The only exception to this is the Devil's animation of him holding up the platforms, but that wasn't an attack. It's just an unused entrance animation

Kinda like the Final part where the platform scurries along so you can get better aim but also be more subsetible to cornering, it's a preety good risk and reward, the current one just remove the tone and becomes more infurating as you're forced to parry the tears to dodge the Falling chip, when here you could dodge it in some other ways.

It is not actually unused, a lot of these are modded content. The only unused part is a devil jackpot the shoot out pink flames you have to parry over. Other bosses are only limit to visual, no one knows what the golden puppet do, the romen candle is a homing explosion doesn't create fire like cherry bombs, it is added to increase difficulty for the mod.

I think you should add the second phase of the devil being the secret boss. Then the devil regrows his skin, the platforms float down from the ceiling and he waits for 3 seconds, then he lowers his hands and then the normal second phase with start.
