Yes. Goopy was the first boss, I've ever played, so he is first for me. If you go for difficulty, the Root Pack is easier, but Goopy's stage is faster to enter... so... you may start a debate, if you want, I'll grab some popcorn

No. S-Ranks are only possible on the Slot with the Expert difficulty. Don't forget: A modder can change Simple and Regular, too. So if he were to modify that, you couldn't get an S-Rank on it. S-Rank needs the Expert slot, a certain time, 3 HP, 3 Parries, 5 Super or whatever the modder decides
