Cuphead Low Damage Challenge: Murine Corps

Going up against Werner Werman in Murine Corps! The Cuphead Low Damage Challenge is a self-enforced challenge with a few rules:
- Must use Chaser weapon
- Must use Twin Heart Charm (decreases damage output significantly)
- No using Supers or meter at all
- Must play on Expert Difficulty
