Just a thought but could you feed him as close to what would have been his natural diet in the wild? Nuts, seeds, berries, leaves, bugs etc.? It should be relatively easy to look up on the internet. That would give him some of the vitamins and minerals he needs. Boiled rice has little or no nutritional value. I know you are doing your best.

Mamá , disuelve el medicamento en un poco de agua y con una jeringa se la metes dentro de la boca sujetándole la cabeza para que no se mueva .Será incómodo para él , pero es la única forma de asegurarse de que la medicina entra en su cuerpo por completo . Yo lo hacía con mis niños cuando eran pequeños . Mientras no se mejore no tendrá apetito , por tanto , no podrás darle medicina con biberon ni con cuchara . Ánimo y un abrazo fuerte!! 💪🏻😘💖

Oh no cupid is usually so good with taking medication!! I did see a few people comment and mention disolving the medication in a little water and using a syringe hold him and make sure it gets and stays in his mouth till he swallows it!! Hes not going to be happy with you at the time but once he realizes its making him feel better he will thank you, forgive you and always love you❤if hes still resisting tomorrow morning i would try the syringe opion some point tomorrow. Cupid neeeds those meds to get better!!! I know you will figure it out mom. Whatever it takes to get him to take the meds!
