I bought some faux leather from Joann’s that is in a butter yellow and another in pink that are so cute. Those would be excellent fabric for the belt bag/skirt I’ve wanting to use it for something and that’s such a great accessory piece. Thank you

I think you could definitely thrift a good quality trench coat - I found an 80s London Fog classic ladies trench coat for $8 (with the belt!) at Goodwill and it's everything I ever wanted lol. Yes it's a petite size and I'm not petite, but we make it work lol.

I am dying to thrift a trench coat but it's so hard to get the length in the arms. I probably need to get a mens one. I have not had luck the last few rounds. That and a fun rain coat would be great for spring. I can relate to the languishing craft projects....beware it can happen with crochet too, haha! I just finally finished a project that I had just been sitting on for about a year - and it took like a night to finish so it was just me being lazy at the point to finish it. If you don't feel like you will love the scarf when it's done it - no one ever regrets ripping it out and starting something new....Love the idea of a lightweight bonnet - you would rock that! Look up tin can knits "Beloved". It's a knit bonnet pattern that goes from infant to adult. Also there is a KZbin video where someone pretty much drafted their own bonnet pattern (so you can use any weight yarn you want)...I think it was Gwen Heng....it was like a pixie style...super cute.
