I've only been a Doctor Who fan for a few months now so I can't say I've watched every story. However, there is a list of televised cliffhangers on the DW wiki, which definitely helps for the stories I haven't seen. Can't comment on speed. I don't notice how quickly it takes me but I appreciate your acknowledgment :) Edit: Not too sure accuracy is a defining feature considering I've had quite a few people make slight corrections in the replies (for where I've muddled certain numbers up or stated that "The Two Doctors" is a 4-part re-edit instead of a 6-part re-edit).

Depends. The classic series had some very dark and serious episodes. It’s not like this video is actually a good representative of the show as a whole. Doctor Who has always been massively varied and this is a montage of the silliest moments

Tom Baker, Peter Davison, and Sylvester McCoy probably have the most batshit cliffhangers in Who history and I'm all here for it. Though Pertwee seems to always be on the verge of stroke or seizure at the end of many of his.
