Since the early days of Lucero and Lance inventing slappys, to 80s skaters, Its always been about surfing into it. Like Jason Adams said, its not a slappy if you dont surf and ride into the curb with speed. Most curb skaters now just have the tricks. Ace does proper slappys and has the tricks.

@TheWillysworkshop Haha, I mean you don't necessarily have to look and skate like Jason or Tony Trujillo skating a curb, just a proper amount of speed and turning. Super slow with too much tech doesn't even look like a slappy anymore. To each there own though.

great game but unfair ref. switch crook was a make. Like all of them were makes. Other dude got a pass for foot drags and tic tacs.. not even redos just counted them. Speed and style are usually important in skateboarding but in this case it’s nothing to do with whether or not a trick was landed.
