Irma seems relatively immune to behavior that makes most people hate/avoid Larry. She forgave him for the "one vote" fiasco with hardly any effort at all on Larry's part. She also clearly doesn't mind his perpetual complaints and even agrees with him on a lot. Basically I don't think he could permanently offend her even if he tried. Also Susie doesn't like Irma, and Irma seems to view Susie with some distaste as well. Anything Susie dislikes is good for Larry. Irma is also, according to Susie, "very powerful" with her local political position, and probably lives comfortably, so it's not like she's only into Larry because he's rich. They could be perfect for each other tbh
