Great video! I use except a tonne to create “blanks checks”. It’s a hidden sheet in almost all my reports which checks for blanks due to the data source having blank entries for columns (particularly for the linked columns).

Great series! Glad I discovered it. However, I'm struggling with Except: I have two identical tables, and when I do left or right anti, I get the same rows as a result. Should an Except on two identical table result in an empty table? What am I missing?

Hi Ruth, I find your videos very useful. I currently have a requirement where I need to do a left anti join. But I have a single table with Date as one of the column and I want to know the difference by date. Ex- What all rows are present in 23rd July and not in 16th July. Many thanks

Is it correct to use formula to create table to get the same results: Left Anti = FILTER('Manuf Products', not 'Manuf Products'[ProductID] in DISTINCT(Stock[ProductID])) Right Anti = FILTER(Stock, not Stock[ProductID] in DISTINCT('Manuf Products'[ProductID])) Are they corect?
