exactly... people don't engaged like this in the real world and lots of them could be sloppy and have bad habits and even personality issues... it's nicer to live in a tiny house by yourself or with a loved one... in a quiet area where there's tranquility and not deal with a bunch of strangers.
@piccane4 жыл бұрын
For a loner this is might be good, because you will still have your own space/tiny house but live around the community, which is someday will be really helpful to you. Imagine when you're old and living in a very isolated area, you'll definitely need someone to help you for example medical issues or because there are things that you're not able to do it by yourself anymore. These are the things that you don't really know when you're still young and strong.. but when people ageing or became really sick they truly need someone else to help them.

Even after paying off the mortgage you still have to pay property tax, as well as utilities, maintenance and possibly HOA fees, so I doubt it
@Yotrek4 жыл бұрын
@@dragonrider0601 Agreed. Yeah I didn't mention that. That property most likely has property taxes, and utilities that need to divided evenly. The best part is, once the mortgage is paid off, then the group can also collectively receive the benefits of having access low cost of credit, because of the equity. Together, using the low interest equity line of credit they can build another income producing asset. Repeat that process until each member of the household has a full pension.

The problem with Tiny Homes is that as soon as it gets to be popular it gets to be pricey! Which tends to defeat the purpose... "Market Value" is what 'they' want --but what exactly does that mean? What is Market Value if not an artificially inflated price projection? It's fiction! They always base their prices on how much they can extract from us: not on how much value we get in the deal. Simply put, the phrase "Market Value" places more emphasis on "Market" than "Value"...That's predatory capitalism and economic warfare against the poor and the homeless... Another housing bubble in the making and instead of making housing affordable it's making people homeless! They're being priced out altogether over time... Tiny homes is rapidly becoming a part of that bubble because if money is the core motivation behind its legalization and development it will fail. Why do we have to emulate the greed that's destroying every good and wholesome thing?! Tiny is only good if it's truly affordable and I would suggest that tiny home communities lobby for rent control on tiny homes: so that what happened in 2008 when the housing bubble burst resulting in mass homelessness all over the nation doesn't happen again with tiny homes.
