I usually don't care for curbside, but this time you scored! Two suggestions: First, check the heat exchangers in the furnaces. There are a lot of them now with stainless steel exchangers, due to the condensate in very high efficiency furnaces. Second, you might look for a Chinesium replacement carb for that engine, around 10 bucks. For future info, go out to your local small plane airport, and buy some LL100 or LL110 gasoline. It never goes bad from sitting, and has zero ethanol in it, so no corrosion of aluminum parts. But don't use it in your truck! A steady diet of it may be good for the engine, put over time ruins your catalytic converter. I use LL100 on all of the small engines around home. Always ready to go!

That pressure washer is an excellent find! All it needs is a good carb cleaning. Pay especially close attention to the little ports in the jets (free tip: never pass up guitar strings, as they tend to be the perfect gauges for snaking through the ports on a carb.)

Hey buddy lookup a video on cleaning that carb. I would bet it's not bad gas its the shitty ethanol gas we have now days will not last a winter before it starts putting deposits in the carb. Hi Mike the shock absorbers. Some are pressurized, so what you do is get a plastic bag and a container for the oil. Place the plastic bag over the bottom of the shock and drill a small hole into the shock while its in the bag and drain the oil out into the plastic bag and pour into the waste oil container. They should accept it then. Our local scrap metal place will accept gas bottles and ac gas bottles etc if you drill a hole in them as they worry about them exploding when they crush them. Anyhow most have brass valves, so you take them off anyway. You found some good stuff today.

From experience, usually not always, when people throw pressure washers away it's because they didn't winterize them by making sure they got all the water out from the pump and the pump cracks from frozen water. Once they find out that they could almost buy a new pressure washer the price of replacing the pump, they usually get rid of them.
@minorclips75413 жыл бұрын
On the Dewalt pressure washers it's almost always a low oil shutoff because they shake the oil out when they vibrate while running it comes right out the fill tube ongoing problem for DeWalt and Ryobi or like the gentleman said above a cracked pump promoters rarely go bad on Dewalt pressure washers
