Those front load washers are no joke to load up in a truck. I found a front load washer and a front loader dryer yesterday and it was no fun for this 70 year old man to load them in my truck, but I did it. Had no step up to use to load them. HAD TO BE STRONG. You were the that got me started scrapping. I can't drive past a piece of scrap without stopping to throw it in my truck.

Those front loading washers are a nightmare!! My Mom had the same top load washer for 40 years!! 5 kids, 4-5 loads a day. Modern washers last about two-five years….if you can stand the disgusting smell after the first couple months. Nice load today. Not exciting, but OK!

Those front loaders have concrete balancers in them which is why they’re so heavy. I’m surprised that the junkyard doesn’t dock you for that extra weight.

Those front loader washers suck because there is giant chunks of plastic encased concrete that bolt to the front of the tub to help with balance. If you ever take one apart and move the washer without them attached, you'd be shocked at how much difference it makes!
