I started watching this episode, and decided to get my boots on and do a quick run of my three dumpster route I just started last month: I only went to 2/3 of them due to one being half full of carpet and wood, and the other half being full of dumpster juice. My first dumpster got me a few scrap pieces and some snippets, and four of the display hangers with like a quarter of a mannequin body where the hanger is the head and there's nothing below the upper thigh... Um... Oh yeah, the next dumpster I found a complete, WORKING, Ridgid portable table saw. Thanks for the inspiration Mike! You're the King of Scrap in my book.

Mike, you seem to have everything going in the right direction for you and I am very happy for you. What I don't understand is a couple of things. One, why don't you pick the aluminum cans??? Certainly they are worth more than a skibet of wire of a tiny washer? Here in Thailand we are getting up to 77 cents a pound. I think in most places in the USA they are paying around 50 cents a pound. If you had a 55 gallon drum in your back yard and it was filled with aluminum cans; how much money would you have when sold? Perhaps, enough to pay your gas bill for a week or two. Caution: some scrap yards won't take crushed cans because of people putting crap in them to weigh more. (Check with your scrap yard first?) Second thing; why do you refuse to buy a small trailer? Many of your followers would like to know, I'm sure? Side note: I met a man the other day that was working on his 10th million, he gave up on the other 9. Mike, thanks a whole bunch for your great and entertaining videos. Your videos and Harry Tornado videos consume much of this 85 year-old man's time.
