Fnink is garage at 260 temp...at 260 fnink doesn't pass the stretch test...great cure is when you stretch the garment where paint is..if paint doesn't stretch and crack.then u know your item is cured...... I have noticed with heat press over time with washing the item crack...... I use to think my item where better than other cause I would heat press all my screen printing..I noticed over washing heat press items will crack.......

It's not paint. It's ink.

So I leave my flash dryer over the shirt for 40 seconds when it’s at 275 thru out the 40 seconds?

Hi! The amount of time you leave the flash over your shirt will vary depending on your shop, situations, and other variables. So giving you a specific time is not possible. All we can do is inform you of the variables involved and have you test out the process, fine tuning as you go until your prints pass the wash test.

If I use the heat press do I have to worry about my nonstick getting dirty with plastisol ink given that the ink is still wet before applying heat

It's best practice to get a nice topical cure called a "gel cure" so the outside of your ink is dry enough to not stick and always use a teflon sheet to protect your heat press from tacky ink! I hope that helps, lmk if you'd like more info or get signed up with one of our free 1-on-1 Guidance Sessions. scrnprntl.ink/Guidance
