A rule I've found on youtube is that advice from videos with poorly drawn characters and a budget of four chuckee cheese coins and half a snickers bar will always have better advice than a professional self help channel

Here's a the strange thing about algorithms, they change when a certain time in the day happens. I noticed that usually after 11pm the sad reels/tik toks start popping up. It's all just made to keep you on your phone. The one advice that changed it for me was,, spend less time on social media and when you do, try and cater those videos to yourself instead of letting them drag you in"

If someone see's this. Sometimes being lonely pushes you to improve yourself until one day you decide to ask that guy/girl/person out and then... Everything is different now. You stop hanging out with your other friends because now you're dedicating your time toward the most important person in the world now. Advice: Cherish the times when you are/were lonely. I can knock some sense into myself and try to find some time to myself now that I'm not alone anymore and I don't feel like such a loser but in reality I'm now a shitty friend to all my friends I made whether be it online or in person. So I gotta shoot them a text and remind them I'm there once in a while. Don't forget your friends because otherwise they are probably feeling just as lonely as you once were.

I'll keep it real. I'm 44 and this was helpful. It's funny. One thing I realized was fear obviously is an illusion. The other side of fear is we get in our heads we overthink and then we think that we know what's going to happen. The truth is we never know it's similar to if you wanted to go scuba diving. You're never going to know if the water's safe it usually is. It's never 100% safe, but it's 99.9% safe. If you think about what could happen though you'll never go in the water. If you like going understand that you are not in control, you can go on the water. With that said, I really like the content. I like the video and it was very helpful. You're probably going to reach people at all pages. Good show And bravo!

Yeah 99% fear is just an illusion unless someone has a gun to your head or it’s truly life threatening 99% you will be ok if you face your fear.

It can get better. for me personally (so far, when i look at my future im not sure this pattern will hold, but for the next 3 years yes it looks like it will get better for me). it takes a long long long ass time. and the improvements are incremental, and you lose some, and you gain some. in the end pain is inevitable, whether you chose to give it your all or dont, pain will always be there for you. The pain, it never fails. atleast, this is my experience and what my actions have brought forth. i can only speak for myself.

My body went supernova and just exploded out into Infinity. It was like I was an ice cube thrown into the ocean and it just melted. This was by far the most incredible and most positive and most joyful experience that you could possibly imagine. That was the moment of death and I had the Epiphany that death is the greatest thing that could happen to a living creature because it feels like in that process of dying for a split second it's terrifying because you're dying and you have no idea what's coming next. But then as you fully let go and the death occurs the next Split Second you're so relieved. It's like your entire life was this giant thousand pound weight wrapped around your shoulders just tons and tons of weight and then all of it was just lifted in a split second and you realize that you're untouchable and that you're Immortal and that nothing could ever disturb you again. It's complete peace just utter peace and joy and profundity. The beauty of it is Indescribable. How is it possible. There's no way that this is possible. Did I really just die? How could that be? I'm laughing and I'm smiling 😂

Looking at the normal distribution in nature and the world, inbalance, difference and unfairness, is in another perspective harmony and balance and the way of the world. Not everyone can win, not everyone wants to do what it takes to win, some want to play their own game even though it might not lead to where they want to end. A winner only knows who he is if there is a loser. In a way the winner owns his title, his identity because of the loser and vise versa. I personally don't like a lot of the things about life and how humans in general work, maybe thats wrong of me but it just feels wrong the way people treat eachother and what gets valued. being pretty, and tall and a bully and annoyance is rewarded where as a good student, who is kind, shy and akward is punished. This alone tells me where people put their value. Now i havent lived long enough to see the ending of these two types of persons so maybe the good student will have a happier ending, and maybe not. who knows, live is shitty, i have always liked my own company since i was a child, but something switched and that wasn't an option anymore and sinse then, misery hahaha. I am working on myself, i know i can do better, but pain really is holding me back man. Past experiences, recent experiences. its not easy and the way forward isn't always pretty is what i have come to realise. Cheaters win, bullies win. You need to be strong, and integrate some bad into you or you will get eaten by others.
