No, it just give it a good restart. Needs to be done regularly. Nothing is erased

Depends. Are they Amazon apps or 3rd party side loaded? All Amazon apps will be there on your new device. Not the side loaded ones

My issue is I want my fire stickbremotentoboperate everything..now it's weird if I hit up volume the volume goes down...lol and the down volume does nothing...it worked when I first set up me new tv butbthw tv went through an update now the volume doesn't work

Watch our remote reset video we posted about a week ago. It will fix your issue in just a couple minutes. To be honest though you just have the wrong tv selected in the equipment section of settings on the firestick. Easy stuff. If you need a private video, reach out on Patreon.

I have another fire stick but I don't have a remote for it I think it's a 1st or 2nd generation and I can't get passed the screen that you have to press the play/pause button to start it up can you help please

That sounds like a very old first gen. You can get a 4k for just $19 right now on amazon. I would just get it replaced in my opinion. The first gen wont work with the new apps

I find Bluetooth earbuds you have to disconnect to be able to use them with another device. Haven’t figured out how to pair my hearing aids.

Yes you do if they are set to auto connect. Many do like my apple earbuds. For your hearing aid it has to be bluetooth and you have to put them in pairing mode. The elehear I recently reviewed works amazing on the firestick and android boxes
