These are risky for investments. Kaunsa plot kaha, kaise, kiska kahan se illegal hoga koi nahi bata sakta. So people coming from outside of pushpak nagar they are at very great risk. Second yahan high rise building kabhi kabhi allowed nahi hain. Necessities like hospitals, schools, etc may not be there or not upto bench mark standards of Mumbai or Navi Mumbai or even Thane. Kaunsa land forest, agricultural ? You never know...my personal opinion.
