I sat under the dryer for about an hour and took them out. You could sit under the dryer and let them continue drying overnight if you need more time. They are just a pain to sleep in. Just make sure you give yourself enough time to dry.

So blowdrying..then putting mousse (or another water based product) doesn't cancel out the blowdry? Does it depend on thr hair texture?

If you saturate your hair in the product, yes. But you don't need to do that, in this case half a pump will do you just fine.
